Conference programme
The conference will run over two full days, starting around 9am on Wednesday 6 January 2027 and finishing around 6pm on Thursday 7 January. We expect to publish a full programme by mid-November 2026.
Conference participants are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation.
Travel
Flights
For international and domestic flights, London is served by Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN), City (LCY) and Luton (LTN) airports. Each acts as the destination for different routes and carriers, and so choosing the most convenient depends on your point of embarkation.
Train
London is served by an extensive railway network, including connections with the European Continent via Eurostar (direct trains from Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam).
Accommodation
Accommodation is not provided by the conference. Hotels and apartments close to King’s can be expensive and during early January demand may be high. For the best deals, we recommend booking well in advance using the standard search sites: AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Kayak, Trivago, etc.
London has an excellent transport network (underground, buses, trains) so staying further away from the conference venue may be more cost-effective.
Visa
We are unable to assist with visa applications.
